RMT v BSD
- The Conflict: A dispute arose over alleged defective or delayed tiling work. The Main Contractor (RMT) withheld payment from the Sub-contractor (BSD).
- The Court’s Findings: The court found that RMT failed to provide sufficient evidence of the alleged delays or defects. Conversely, BSD successfully proved that the assigned work was completed.
- The Outcome: The court ordered RMT to pay BSD a sum of RM921,305.57, in addition to interest and legal costs.
